Images of the future worlds facing the legal profession
Dit verkennende onderzoek van the Future Worlds 2050 project richt zich op drie vragen: Welke ontwikkelingen zullen de wereld het komende decennium vormgeven? Hoe gaat die toekomst de advocatuur beïnvloeden? En hoe kunnen advocaten zich hierop voorbereiden?
The Future Worlds 2050 project has – among others – the objective to explore changes and uncertainties in the legal profession in England and Wales over the next 30 years, through the lens of global trade and competition.
This initial work addresses four themes across best and worst case trajectories, focusing on:
- Geopolitical dynamics
- AI and emerging technologies
- Data, ethics and trust
- Our changing environment
